Contributor to the Boston Liquor License Tracker, an open-source civic tech project. Collaborate with a distributed team of working software engineers and data professionals through weekly standups, Slack coordination, and maintainer code review.

  • Diagnosed and fixed a CI misconfiguration that committed about 150 duplicate PDFs per weekly run; traced it to Git LFS pointer files being hashed instead of file contents.
  • Verified the fix end-to-end through GitHub Actions against a live data source, confirming no redundant files were created.
  • Removed 3,205 redundant files after programmatically checking byte-level equivalence against their originals, preserving all unique records.
